The Sarntal Alps ( German : Sarntaler Alpen , Italian : Alpi Sarentine ) are a mountain range of the Eastern Rhaetian Alps , in South Tyrol ( Italy ), which surrounds the Sarntal (valley). It is limited by the Etschtal , Eisacktal, Passeiertal and the Jaufen Pass .
