Ykkösliiga ( English : "League One" ; Swedish : "Liga Ettan" ) is the second highest level of the Finnish football league system (after the Veikkausliiga ), managed by the Football Association of Finland . The teams in Ykkösliiga also play a pre-season league cup, the Ykkösliigacup .
