Wencheng ( simplified Chinese : 文成县 ; traditional Chinese : 文成縣 ; pinyin : Wénchéng Xiàn ) is one of the five counties in the prefecture-level city of Wenzhou , in southern Zhejiang province, with a population of 250,000 as of 2016.
