Colombo District ( Sinhala : කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික්කය kol̠am̆ba distrikkaya ; Tamil : கொழும்பு மாவட்டம் Koḻumpu Māvaṭṭam ) is one of the 25 districts of Sri Lanka , the second level administrative division of the country.
