Lociki (or Lotsiki) ( Latvian : Lociki (Lāči) ; Russian : Лоцики ) is a settlement in Naujene Parish , Augšdaugava Municipality , in the Latgale region of Latvia . It is located 12 km northeast of Daugavpils .
