Kohat Pass ( Urdu : درۂ کوہاٹ ) is a mountain pass in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan , between the cities of Kohat and Peshawar . The pass traverses the Khigana Mountains, which stretch from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas towards Attock .
