Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe "Puławy" PLC is a Polish chemical company based in Puławy , Lublin Voivodeship , specializing in the production of mono-volumes of nitrogen fertilizer ( ammonium nitrate , urea , UAN , ammonium sulfate ), one of the world's largest producers of melamine .
