The Nure (Latin Nura ) is a small river in northern Italy ( province of Piacenza ). It has its source on the northern slopes of Mt. Nero , elevation 1,754 metres (5,755 ft) above sea level, and after a course of about 75 kilometres (47 mi)—the second longest of the province—flows into the Po River 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Piacenza , in the vicinity of Roncarolo, a frazione of the commune of Caorso , on the border with the Lombard commune of Caselle Landi .
