Kollektivtrafikförvaltningen UL (English: Public transport administration UL) (formerly Upplands Lokaltrafik until 1 January 2012) is the integrated transport authority ( Swedish : Trafikhuvudman ) responsible for public transport buses and trains at the county level ( Swedish : länstrafik ) in Uppsala County , Sweden .
