Udachny (Russian: Удачный , IPA: [ʊˈdatɕnɨj] , lit. successful or lucky ; Yakut : Удачнай , Udaçnay ) is a town in Mirninsky District of the Sakha Republic , Russia , located on the Markha River , 508 kilometers (316 mi) from Mirny , the administrative center of the district.
