The Türkmenbaşy Gulf or Türkmenbaşy Aýlagy or Türkmenbaşy Bay ( Turkmen : Türkmenbaşy aýlagy , Russian : залив Туркменбашы ) is a bay of the Caspian Sea in the coast of Turkmenistan .
