Tsengel ( Mongolian : Цэнгэл , bright ; Tuvan : Ак-Саян , white- Sayan ) is a sum (district) of Bayan-Ölgii Province in western Mongolia . The capital (sum center) of Tsengel is Khushoot, located in the west of the sum.
