Shchastia ( Ukrainian : Щастя , lit.   ' Happiness ', pronounced [ˈʃt͡ʃɑsʲtʲɐ] ; Russian : Счастье , romanized :  Schastye ) is a city and the de jure administrative center of Shchastia Raion of the Luhansk Oblast ( province ) in Ukraine . Population: 11,411 (2022 estimate).
