The Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra ( SPO ; Chinese: 上海爱乐乐团; pinyin: Shànghǎi Àiyuè Yuètuán) is a professional symphony orchestra based in Shanghai , China. It is under the administration of the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film, and TV.
