Seriate ( Italian pronunciation: [seˈrjaːte] Bergamasque : Seriàt [ seˈrjaːt ] ) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy , located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) northeast of Milan and about 4 kilometres (2 mi) southeast of Bergamo . As of 31 August 2020, it had a population of 25,200 and an area of 12.4 square kilometres (4.8 sq mi).
