Kamiichi ( 上市町 , Kamiichi-machi ) is a town located in Nakaniikawa District , Toyama Prefecture , Japan . As of 1 June 2018, the town had an estimated population of 20,827 in 7958 households and a population density of 88 persons per km. The total area of the town was 236.71 square kilometres (91.39 sq mi).
